RapidKL is
an integrated BUS & RAIL public
transportation company in Klang Valley
RapidKL is the main service provider
of mass public transportation in the
Klang Valley via our integrated rail
and bus network. We
operate the Kelana
Jaya Rail Line
(previously known as PUTRA) and the
Ampang
Rail Line
(previously known as STAR) together
with a network of 161 bus routes. Our
integrated transportation network transports
approximately 4 million passengers every
week with 908 buses
and 48 rail stations operating daily.

New Masjid Jamek Station Plaza is now open
We are pleased to inform our commuters that the new Masjid Jamek Station Plaza is now open to the public effective 15th November 2008. The new plaza will have more entrances from Jalan Melayu, Jalan Masjid India, Jalan Tun Perak and Jalan Melaka, with roof covering the area crossing the river.

Termination of SEMUA and SEPADU TouchNGo daily pass
Petaling Jaya, 05 November 2008 - Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras Sdn Bhd (RapidKL) will discontinue the issuance of SEMUA and SEPADU daily pass effective 1st December 2008.

RapidKL launches new product - "Fajar Bus Service"
Petaling Jaya, 10 September 2008 - Rangkaian Pengangkutan Intergrasi Deras Sdn Bhd (RapidKL) will introduce a new trial bus service called the `Fajar Bus' beginning 15 September 2008 . This service will be an early morning service commencing before 6.00am and will be introduced for specific routes.

RapidKL revised the bus routes
Petaling Jaya, 11 August 2008 – Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras Sdn Bhd (RapidKL) will revise four bus routes and eliminate three routes as part of their strategy to make the bus network more efficient.
The revised bus routes will be implemented in 21 August 2008.

DISCONTINUATION OF TOUCH 'N GO MONTHLY TRAVEL CARD (MTC) FOR BUS (RM80) AND INTEGRATED (RM135)
Effective 31st May 2008, RapidKL has discontinued the sales of Touch 'n Go Monthly Travel Card (MTC) for Bus (RM80) and Integrated (RM135). The Manual MTCs for Bus (RM80) and Integrated (RM135) will still be on sale at all bus hubs and all LRT stations respectively.

services are based on these areas and
in each area 2 to 6, we have local shuttles
(TEMPATAN) and trunk lines (UTAMA). For
area 1, we provide city shuttles (BANDAR)
which circles around the city centre.
