PUAN
ESHAH BINTI MEOR SULEIMAN
Director
Puan Eshah binti Meor Suleiman
graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from
the University of Malaya in 1980. She obtained
a Masters of Business Administration in Finance
from the University of Oklahoma City, USA in 1994.
She started her career in 1981 as Assistant Director,
Economic Planning Unit of the Prime Minster’s
Department before serving as Assistant Secretary
at the Government Procurement Division, Ministry
of Finance in mid 1991. Puan Eshah later held
various positions in the Ministry of Finance. In
September 2006 she was appointed as Secretary of
Investment, MOF (Inc) and Privatization Division,
Ministry of Finance until present.
Puan Eshah
was appointed as Director of EXIM Bank in December
2006. She is also currently Chairman of Jaring
Communications Sdn. Bhd., a Director of Malaysia
Airports Holdings Berhad, Ninebio Sdn. Bhd. and
Assets Global Network Sdn. Bhd.

YBHG
DATO’ SULAIMAN BIN IBERAHIM
Director
Dato’ Sulaiman was a
former Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Officer
having vast experience in the ministry, state, district
as well as local government administration.
He had served more than thirty two (32) years and
has been attached to the Ministry of Education,
National Security Council, Public Service Commission,
and Department of Federal Territory of Prime Minister
Department. He has also served under the state
administration of Pahang and Perak. His last
appointment prior to retirement from government
service was as a Federal Secretary of Sabah, Prime
Minister’s Department.
He also currently
holds directorship for Amanah Raya Unit Trust Management
Sdn. Bhd., Dispetch Resources Sdn. Bhd., Awan Aggun
Sdn. Bhd. and Mexma Sdn. Bhd. He graduated from
the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur with B.A.(Hons)
in 1972.

MR
CHIN KWAI YOONG
Director
Mr Chin Kwai Yoong joined the
Board of RapidKL in January 2005. He was an
audit partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1982
until his retirement in 2003. During his tenure
as partner, he was Executive Director in charge of
the Consumer & Industrial Products & Services
Division, and of the Management Consulting Services
Division. He is a Fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member
of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants
as well as the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He
has extensive experience in the audits of major companies
in the banking, oil & gas and automobile industries
as well as in the heavy equipment, manufacturing,
construction and property development sectors.
He was also involved in corporate advisory services
covering investigations, mergers and acquisitions
and share valuations. He is a Director of Deleum
Bhd, Genting Berhad and Astro All Asia Networks Sdn.

SUFFIAN
BAHARUDDIN
Director / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Suffian,
38, who has made his mark as a financial and business
strategist, is an accountant by profession and a graduate
of University of East Anglia (UK). He began his career
in the field of merchant banking when he joined Arab-Malaysian
Merchant Bank Berhad in 1994. In 1996 Suffian moved
to Renong Berhad as a Senior Manager in the Finance
Division.
In
1999, he joined the transportation industry as a Senior
Manager in Malaysian Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB)
where he later held the position of General Manager
of Finance. During his stint in MAHB, Suffian handled
all matters related to the financial and commercial
management and the business development of the Group
which includes 11 subsidiaries.
He
moved to a more challenging position when he moved
to Indah Water Konsortium as General Manager of Corporate
Planning in 2006. Here he was involved in the formulation
of strategic business plans for the company for the
migration to the new regulatory and licensing regime
for the water service industry and the proposed integration
of water services and wastewater services.
