Service Delay on Ampang LRT Line
Petaling Jaya, 14 April 2009 - Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras Sdn Bhd (RapidKL) would like to inform commuters that with immediate effect, due to maintenance work being carried out near Plaza Rakyat Station of the Ampang Line, the LRT service between Chan Sow Lin and Sentul Timur station will experience a slight service delay. The maintenance work is critical for safety and comfort of commuters. Service is expected to be back to normal on 18 April 2009, Saturday.

Extension in selling period for October 2008 Monthly Travel Card (MTC) to 10th October 2008
Petaling Jaya, 30th September 2008 - In conjunction with the Hari Raya celebration, RapidKL will extend the selling period of the manual October Monthly Travel Card (MTC) to 10th October 2008 at all LRT stations and bus hubs, instead of the usual 7th of every month. This will enable our customers to purchase their MTCs between 6th to 10th October 2008, after returning from their Hari Raya holidays. |

Train Collision on Ampang Line
Petaling Jaya, 25th September 2008 - At 6:30pm on 24th September 2008, there was a two train collision on the Ampang Line. Service from Bdr. Tasik Selatan to Sri Petaling stations was disrupted. Shuttle buses was provided to ferry passengers between from Bdr. Tasik Selatan Station to Sg. Besi, Bukit Jalil and Sri Petaling Station. Service was back to normal today.
RapidKL will carry out a thorough investigation to determine the exact cause. |

Disruption in Kelana Jaya LRT Service
Petaling Jaya, 29th July 2008 - From 6am to 3:30pm today, RapidKL's Kelana Jaya LRT Line encountered track system problems between Gombak and Setiawangsa station. The technical glitch caused the fail-safety feature to be activated which disabled the automated driving feature of the automated LRT service on the Kelana Jaya Line.

Effective 31st May 2008, RapidKL has discontinued the sales of Touch 'n Go Monthly Travel Card (MTC) for Bus (RM80) and Integrated (RM135). The Manual MTCs for Bus (RM80) and Integrated (RM135) will still be on sale at all bus hubs and all LRT stations respectively.
