Petaling Jaya, 10 September 2008 - Rangkaian Pengangkutan Intergrasi Deras Sdn Bhd (RapidKL) will introduce a new trial bus service called the `Fajar Bus’ beginning 15 September 2008. This service will be an early morning service commencing before 6.00am and will be introduced for specific routes. RapidKL General Manager of the Communications, Ebi Azly Abdullah, said that this special service which commences as early as 5.10am for some routes is to cater for those who wish to commute early to avoid the rush hour congestion. “The service will be carried out on a trial basis to determine the demand. Should we receive encouraging response, RapidKL will make it into a permanent service,” he said a statement released today. Details of the service are as follow:
