Petaling Jaya, 11 August 2008 - Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras Sdn Bhd (RapidKL) will revise four bus routes and eliminate three routes as part of their strategy to make the bus network more efficient. The revised bus routes will be implemented on 21 August 2008. RapidKL’s Communications Division General Manager, Ebi Azly Abdullah, said the revised routes are designed to cover a larger area while the eliminated routes are currently covered by other bus routes. “As such, the buses used in the eliminated bus routes can now be deployed for other routes and thereby improving the frequency of these routes,” he said in statement issued here, today.
