Concession Fare for RapidKL Rail Service is only applicable to the disabled registered with Social Welfare Department (Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat - JKM), when they produce their respective cards upon purchasing the tickets.
The following disability categories based on the JKM Card are entitled to Concession Fare :
- Blind (Penglihatan)
- Deaf (Pendengaran)
- Physically handicapped (Fizikal)
- Mentally Handicapped [Down Syndrome, Dyslexia, Autism, Retarded] (Masalah Pembelajaran)
- Cerebral Palsy
- Others [more than one type of disability] (Lain-lain)
